Marinda Badenhorst

Marinda Badenhorst, FSA, FIA, MAAA, works in the Atlanta office of Wakely Consulting Group, LLC, an HMA Company. Marinda joined Wakely in March 2021. Most of her experience has been as a lead analyst or project manager on Affordable Care Act (ACA) filings in several states’ for both individual and small group markets. She has experience with Accountable Care Organization (ACO) projections, having projected multiple ACO shared savings for the ACO Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (REACH) program and the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP). Additionally, she has also done incurred but not reported (IBNR) reports and mental health parity testing for a variety of clients.

Prior to joining Wakely, Marinda’s background includes international experience, including group risk benefit product development and pricing for large employee groups.
