Jimmy Mans

Jimmy Mans, FSA, MAAA joined the Minneapolis office of Wakely in 2023 after working as a health actuarial consultant for over 6 years. Jimmy has extensive experience working with health plans, providers, state and federal governments, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. His expertise spans many areas, including Medicare Part D bid reviews and regulatory impact analyses, state 1332 waiver analysis and support, strategic hospital pricing and price transparency, IBNR reserving, care management and managed care savings evaluations, and provider network cost-efficiency tiering. Jimmy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, risk management, and finance. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
