Yucheng Feng, FSA, MAAA, PhD., joined Wakely Consulting Group, LLC as a senior consulting actuary in 2023. He has extensive experience in Medicare Advantage health plan rate filing, reserve calculation and analytics for various clients. Before he became an actuary, he was a research scientist in biochemistry and a bioinformatics programmer.
