Michelle Anderson

Michelle Anderson, ASA, MAAA is a Consulting Actuary at Wakely Consulting Group. Since joining the firm in 2014, she has supported the growth of multiple commercial insurers in a variety of ways including crafting and pricing plan designs, developing rate filings, financial modeling, reviewing provider contracts, strategizing market entries, and performing market research while complying with ACA legislation. Her work included analyzing existing contracts of large insurers to identify ways to improve profitability by re-pricing Medicare claims. Additionally, she has supported the submission of Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug bids for two years for a small insurer. Prior to joining Wakely, she worked with pension and retiree medical plans.
