Maris Hayes

Maris Hayes, ASA, MAAA, works in the Denver office of Wakely Consulting Group, LLC. Maris has worked on Wakely National Risk Adjustment Reporting (WNRAR) in analyzing risk adjustment impact for insurers in multiple states along with estimating the risk adjustment data validation (RADV) impact. Additionally, she has worked with health plans to identify discrepancies on EDGE’s high cost risk pooling and risk adjustment calculation identifying gaps in their risk adjustment results as well as analyzing financial drivers in the ACA market. Maris has also worked on projects providing analyses for the states of Wisconsin, Rhode Island, and Missouri on the impact of essential health benefits. She has also worked on the Wakely Analytics Health Operations Optimization (WAHOO) team to provide health plans with a comprehensive dashboard focusing on profitability.
