Lydia Tolman

Lydia Tolman, FSA, MAAA, joined Wakely in 2021. Prior to coming to Wakely, Lydia was a manager over individual rating and then a senior manager over financial planning, reserving and analysis at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. She has been involved with many facets of actuarial work including pricing, reserving, forecasting, risk adjustment and preparing annual statements. Her career has been primarily focused on Commercial products, including individual ACA, grandfathered, and transitional products as well as group products, with some experience in Medicare, focused on Medicare Supplement and Part D.
