Julie Andrews

Julie Andrews, FSA, MAAA, has over nine years of experience as a healthcare actuary. During that time she has led the development of pricing commercial insurance products, including health insurance exchange products.  She has worked with a variety of projects developing financial models for commercial insurers and for internal firm use. She is proficient in CMS Cost Sharing Reduction (CSR) plans and reconciliation submissions, and has significant knowledge of ACA pricing and the analysis of its financial elements. Ms. Andrews also provides ACA rate review expertise to the State of Georgia Insurance Department.
