Ivy Wang, ASA, MAAA, PhD, joined Wakely in 2018 and her Recent work has focused on market stabilization and the impact of state-based reinsurance programs and other policy options. Ivy has been involved in Part D Payment Modernization (PDM) Model benchmark development and financial settlement, development of the VBID Hospice capitation rates, RADV FFS Adjuster analysis and COVID-19 Cost Scenario Modeling. She has experience in Medicare Advantage (MA) and Part D risk adjustment analytics, CMS star rating study, and budget and forecasting. Her PhD is from specializing in mathematical modeling (Applied Mathematics / University of Louisville.) Ivy works in the New York office of Wakely.
