Ivy Dong is a Senior Consulting Actuary in the Wakely New York office. Over the course of Ivy’s career, she has consulted to and served health plans on both public and private health programs. Her most recent focus has been on Medicare, with extensive experience in Medicare Advantage product design, bidding, financial forecasting and reporting, as well as risk adjustment analytics. Her expertise also include provider contracting, alternative payment methods and risk sharing arrangements.
