Freddy Quiram is associated with the Wakely Denver office. Freddy specializes in Affordable Care Act (ACA) pricing and strategy as well as product design. He served as the lead analyst for small group ACA pricing in several states in addition to aiding clients with market evaluation and entry. As part of these efforts, Freddy developed a nuanced understanding of commercial contracting, which he leverages to both benchmark and monitor various provider contracts.
Freddy works with state marketplaces, such as Connect for Health Colorado, to perform analyses surrounding the impact of the state reinsurance program, efforts to expand the number of issuers, and report the year-to-year consumer impact. He helps issuers to develop their cost-sharing reduction reconciliation reports. He aggregated and processed public data to create Wakely’s ACA competitive analysis tool and is the lead product designer for the Wakely Analytics Health Operations Optimization tool.
