Colin Williams

Colin Williams, ASA, MAAA has worked as a healthcare actuary since 2011 and joined Wakely’s Tampa office in 2016. Mr. Williams has worked primarily in the MA space over the past ten years. Over his career, Mr. Williams has supported clients in a variety of capacities, including MA-PD bid pricing, MA risk accrual and PD reconciliation estimates, claim liability estimates, financial forecasting, Certificate of Authority applications for start-up MA-PD plans, creditable coverage determinations, and benchmarking analysis. Additionally, Mr. Williams is the subject matter expert on working with the Limited Data Set at Wakely.

Prior to joining Wakely, Mr. Williams worked for Milliman and Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina.

Mr. Williams earned his bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from the College of Charleston. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
