On December 14, 2022, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued the Contract Year 2024 Policy and Technical Changes to the Medicare Advantage and Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit Programs proposed rule. With the proposed rule, CMS outlines revisions to Medicare Advantage (MA) and Part D (PD) regulations.
