In this paper, we analyze the impact of risk adjustment model changes from the final 2024 HHS HCC risk adjustment model based on 2022 data collected through the WNRAR project. We scored data with the final 2022, 2023, and 2024 HHS HCC risk adjustment models and summarized the impact to risk scores and relative risk of issuers in this paper.
