In this paper, we analyze the impact of risk adjustment model changes from the final 2026 HHS HCC risk adjustment model based on 2024 data collected through the WNRAR project. We scored data with the final 2024, final 2025, and final 2026 HHS HCC risk adjustment models and summarized the impact to risk scores and relative risk of issuers in this paper.
