Dani Marino is a consulting actuary at Wakely Consulting Group, an HMA Company, with more than five years of healthcare actuarial consulting experience focused on the Medicare Advantage market. She works with Medicare Advantage health plans on Part C and Part D bid pricing, product development, market strategy, and competitive analysis.
Dani advises clients throughout the Medicare Advantage bid development process, leading pricing strategy, developing and certifying bid pricing tools, and providing actuarial support for product design and market positioning. She co-leads both the Wakely Medicare Advantage Competitive Analysis Tool (WMACAT) and the Strategic Market Analysis and Ranking Tool (SMART), helping clients evaluate competitors, identify market opportunities, and inform product and pricing decisions.
She has presented at the Society of Actuaries Health Meeting on member migration and Medicare Advantage market trends and has led multiple D-SNP boot camps for health plans entering the dual eligible market.
Dani earned her bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from Florida State University. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
